This study validated GMP-compliant iPSC master cell banks and their downstream differentiation into NK cells, using DF12 medium supplemented with 15% Human Platelet Lysate (HPL) from PL BioScience in the terminal step.

This Cytotherapy study validated a new set of genomically stable induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC) lines for GMP-compliant master cell banking, using single-cell passaging, and tested their downstream differentiation into natural killer (NK) cells.

In the terminal NK differentiation step, DF12 basal medium was supplemented with 15% Human Platelet Lysate (HPL) from PL BioScience, Aachen, Germany. HPL contributed to the culture environment of this clinically oriented iPSC-to-NK workflow, while the functional NK-cell outcome reflects the complete differentiation system.
