ELAREM™ Perform is a Human Platelet Lysate of EU origin supporting in vitro expansion of various primary cells and cell lines.
This high-performing supplement ensures efficient workflows, while meeting the requirements of academic and industrial cell expansion. ELAREM™ Perform Human Platelet Lysate offers a xeno-free environment for your cells; as a result, it assures an easy transition of research results into clinical applications.
ELAREM™ Perform is manufactured under an ISO 9001:2015 certified Quality Management System. Each batch of ELAREM™ Perform is manufactured from large pools of platelet units obtained from healthy blood donors at licensed blood centres in the EU. This ensures batch-to-batch consistency and enables reproducible conditions. Offered in both Research (RUO) and GMP grades for academic and GMP-compliant workflows, in 50, 100 and 500 mL bottles.
Please note: anticoagulant must be added during use to prevent fibrinogen-driven clotting.
